Her interactions with our home sellers and buyers during the critical change in ownership stage help the whole process run smoothly and efficiently. She provides all of the documentation requested to complete the sale for the seller, the buyer, and the title company. She helps maintain our homeowner email directory and distributes new information as needed. Our HOA dues invoices are sent accurately and on a timely basis. Our vendor invoices are always paid on time and as requested.
BAK provides monthly status reports. These reports summarize all of the transactions made that month. Also included are accounting reports with monthly and year-to-date Profit and Loss statements as well as a monthly Budget Use Overview. In addition, she provides annual reports that are used to pay our non profit income taxes.
On a personal basis, Beth is a friendly professional who is empathetic to the stresses of the homeowner buy and sell transactions. Beth is an excellent communicator and resource for process changes. Her knowledge of how other HOAs operate and conduct business helps to guide us through any changes we may make.
